Poor Sevice from SARS

I have completed my SARS assessment on efiling for 2014 , that was suggested by SARS on the second of July 2018 at Roodepoort. SARS own me R 2400.00, and every time I Phone them , they they cannot escalate the Pay out the TAX ASSESMENT for 2014 , due to the fact that is the 2014 financial year.

If I own SARS one cent they will take me to court , but now they own me money and I must make 30 calls to get an update on the status of my 2014 TAX ASSESMENT with no results.

Is that a Quality service SARS ????
