POOR SERVICE/TERRIBLE AND RUDE SARS REPRESENTATIVE

Unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating i could select. Personally i would not select any rating as the service is that bad. I spoke to a representative from SARS who have no soft skills and no customer services. She is rude she talks non stop without listening to her clients reasons for the call. And the worst part is that, SArS take forever to contact you and then this lady cuts the call without resolving my query. No SARS please explain on how do i follow up on this call as i would love for a senior representative to listen to this call and give me feedback on the process. Feeling sorry for this representatives is no longer the answer, they have good jobs but never ever delivers, why is it always a problem with government workers? This agent from SARS needs to be disciplined shr hav3 no idea of the importance of her job. She introduced herself lightly as well hence i dont have her name but hopefully, if some lucky star gets someone from Sars to follow up on my call made to my number i would be glad, i know its almost impossible as this workers have no rules and can never lose they job but lets pray for change.
