Poor services they quick in issueing penalities but can't assist if you need assistance.

For the past month been trying to contact sars ive left call back no one ever called me.today after a long wait online a consultant asked me to open my app I had to login From laptop and I asked her to hold after couple of second i was Left alone on the call for 27minutes...I don't know what's penalty of R250 I am charged for it they are failing to do they Job properly,I made a second call that was cutt off again after 15minute online exactly what are we being penalized for? If SARS Agents can't do they Job properly ,you submit things they system do Not update you call they dropped, send email no responses .
