Poor Services

was ordered to get affidavit stating that i cant get docs for 2013 from AF/SBSA and Bankmed, This is common knowledge that companies keep docs for 5 years, my Case not resolved even after I went to the branch and promised that it will be in 21 days its been two months now. Penalties loaded , status not compliant , SARS customer Service Sucks big time
