Poor service very poor service

I submitted my return the day season has opened. I was selected for audit. Submitted docs as requested waited 21 days. I phone them then thay needed more docs. Also submitted that straight away. Another 21 days has passed and a payout need to happen. They do not update you everyday i phone. Then im talled its with the escalation dept. Im fed up with the service im getting. Pay me my money. And start doing your job.
