Poor Service South African Revenue services
I've been experiencing a back and forth with SARS regarding a penalty I was charged. I have logged numerous calls and went to their branches countless times with no resolution in sight. My last interaction with their contact centre I was told they've emailed me documents and they confirmed my email address but I haven't received anything. What do I need to do in order for issue to be resolved?

21 Oct 2021, 10:09I am not happy with service I am getting from SARS I got retrenched and they took my provident fund around R9000 and my severance package R10000 and when I enquire I was told on my profile it was showing I am renting property and I was going to understand if I was owing because I never submitted personally but ***** happened on my profile and I suffer I was advised to make affidavit and send to SARS I did because I want my refund I was told I will not get refund I am emailed letter confirming why I am not getting a refund till today nothing I feel its not fair I am suffering for something I did not request and never got anything from SARS ,can I get refund and better assistance from SARS my email address:***
