poor service #sarsmustfall

In last month i called in to SARS to help me efile because efiling is supposed to be easier than actually going into sars, \everything was sorted out"only for me to get a sms yesterday saying i havent submitted a certain document. the woman i spoke to over the phone had such a bad attitude with me. she was rude and spoke to me like i was an idiot. i dont work with sars efiling and i am a tax payer so it really doesnt matter how many times i ask the same question she gets paid for answering those questions. she tells me i havent submitted IRP 5 forms for 2013 and 2014 meanwhile on the efiling system i see it right there in front of my face. so not only did i not come right yesterday but i had to deal with her unhelpful demeanor. i am sick and tired of sars doing this to us! sars is quick to take our money for tax but when it comes to giving us back what is due unto us then its like we must go fetch blood from a unicorn. efiling is supposed to make it better"
