Poor Service: SARS

Poor service and inefficient. They are sending me a message every Friday and Monday since beginning February say they are reviewing my bank details and they strive to do it in 21 days. I dont know how they count their 21 days, we are now in April. If it was me owing them it could have been Millions by now.
