Poor service/ Pathetic!

<p>I have been trying to get my Return from them for the past month and a half. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been told, I have been audited and then had to resubmit my needed documents. That was all fare and well however, I was then told to go into the branch again to give my documents because of a special stopper on my account. *** is that? Furthermore I am getting tired of their bad service, because since the 11th of Aug 2016 I have been told that the payout will be in my account with in 3 working days. It is the 18th now and still nothing. I phoned the lady this morning on the 18th to follow up on the Return, and she told me there is no date that she can confirm the payout. HOW THE HELL DO YOU GOVERMENT PEOPLE WOR****!!?, If you owe SARS money, they want it NOW! if they owe you it takes them forever to work out their process and do something. This is really bad, and I am going to the DA regarding this. This is pathetic. </p>
