Poor service - incompatent call center

Contact through website request call back took 1 hour just say any time now with no one calling.

Sars call Centre put phone down while trying to find out why address is incorrect as I submitted this address given 6 tax years.

Not able to give status progress. Say I contact them in January again.

I did my part to find out if anything is still required. Sars can send a letter if they need anything further.
