Poor service from SARS awaiting tax payout

I submitted my SARS personal income tax return with supporting documentation on 03 August 2021. I waited the 21 business for my tax return to be assessed. I phoned SARS on day 23 (02 September 2021) only to be told that my case is with the auditors, awaiting feedback and will take 2-3 business. I phoned again on 06 September and received the same response to me tax return. I phoned again today 08 September and I still do not have any answers as to when my tax return is going to be resolved and my money paid out. When am I going to get any communication from SARS and when will I eventually get my money paid out?
