Poor Service from SARS

For 6 months Sanlam have being trying to get SARS to reactivate a tax number of a deceased estate but nothing seems to be happening!! My contact number is *** should SARS want to contact me as I have the deceased’s tax number and identity number, I am awaiting the complaint reference number from Sanlam Deceased Estates who has all the documentation on hand that SARS website says that you need to reactivate the tax number!!!
