POOR SERVICE FROM SARS

I booked an appointment on the website more than 3 weeks ago. The appointment was scheduled for 11am today 25/11/2020. I tried contacting the SARS office to find out why the Agent did not call regarding the scheduled appointment. I eventually got through to one of the Agents (***) and was informed that SARS no longer does assists with such bookings and that she could not assist. She was extremely RUDE & when I requested her Name & Surname, she Slammed the phone down in my ear. The type of service is disgusting to say the least
