Poor service from Samkelisiwe

Absolute watse of time, I called the SARS call centre to find out the status of my refund, I spoke the Agent by the name of Samkelisiwe who verified my details, upon waiting for her to advise me why the refund is taking so long she simply hung up.

I work for an FSP and I know this behaviour is unacceptable. I just wonder how many calls does she hung up without providing any assistance, she needs to be investigated.
