POOR SERVICE FOR SARS

I am sharing this horrible story of poor service I received at SARS Edenvale Centre, 74 Van Riebeeck Ave & Hendrik Potgieter St, Edenvale, Johannesburg, 1610. We arrive before 08h00 at SARS but I had to wait for proof of residence and I was give another card before 11h00 and now its 15:50. I had to fight before I am called. When I ask they told me that they working with numbers balancing all side which is not true as last tickets was called before 12h00 small business now its 15:50 non of small business were called up and till I fight. The workers are making up and downs not assisting clients/public
