Poor service

On 20/07/2023, I submitted my daughter's Itr-dd form and all the supporting documents. I was informed that my case would be sent for auditing. However, since then, I have not heard anything from Sars & the email I received on the day of submission stated that it would take approximately 21 working days. My case number is *** & everytime i call the contact center I'm being told that they are going to send an escalating email to the relevant department indicating that the turn around time have passed. I am very disappointed in SARS service.
