Poor service

Submitted all my docs for audit purposes.......

Got told it would take up to 21 days, after the 2nd of January it had lapsed....

Then got told it would be escalated today, knowing there was a date which was the 31st of January for the refund to reflect, but then got told there is no turn around time for the escalation?

Thanks SARS, but do you guys only have 1 auditor? lol

E-Filing to make our lives easier only to find out its not!

Hopefully going into SARS branch would see some action taken sooner than later compared to not being able to receive a date, turn around time for the escalation.
