Poor service delivery from SARS

Can Someone from SARS contact me. What awful expererience submittng 2020 tax. After 9 months, still no satisfaction. it is vicimazing to send SMSse almost daily threatning me that I dont respond to their requests. SARS, I have submitted my documents an numerious occations. I have called you uncountable times and after 10 minutes on my airtime, I can now only get to the point where they can call me back. 9/10 times I get cut off during the conversation. After trying again, speaking now to someone else, I am told that all required documents are on the system and have to wait 21 days for it to be cleared. I have uncountable case numbers to refer to. Is this not more proof that I do interact with you? Please, Please can someone help me? Can someone from SARS help me to get closure on this? *** or ***
