Poor service delivery

I sumitted my tax return in 2017 on time. I was selected for a audit wich wasn't done on time. After numerous calls the call centre agent told me that they need to audit me again as the previous one wasn't done on time. So my auditb was donea month later my return will pay out. A month later and nothing has happened. Numerous calls again to find out Sars need verfication documents so i submitted that on the 28th of January 2018. On the 28th of February 2018 i phoned again to find out my case was not attended to as yet. We are nearly at the 28th of march 2018 and nothing is done as yet. 5month later amd i am still waiting for my return. I think this is really bad service.
