Poor service

I was apparently sequestrated and I had to go into the branch to have this sorted. I was then issued with a new tax reference number on 10-01-2019 which I needed to hand to my employer and this was done. I now have 2 tax references numbers that are giving me endless issues. I have submitted my 2021 tax returns on my new tax number and I'm due a tax refund but its on hold. According to SARS I never submitted my tax returns for 2017 but is incorrect as I did submit this on my previous tax number. I keep trying to explain this to agents I speak to but with no help at all i even get cut off many times with no call back at all. Its so frustrating old tax number *** new tax number *** It has been a week now and I still don't any have answers as what needs to be done to have this corrected and no feedback from the agents I have spoken too.
