Poor service

Sars de-activated my tax number, funny enough they still collected tax without fail every month, I've since left my job only to find that I cannot receive my provident fund because SARS is declining my cly...I was told to wait for 21 business days when I visited Mthatha branch that was on the 24 August 3024, till today my tax number has not been activated. Yhooo hayi their service is so poor .
