Poor service

I called sars multiple times to Assist with changing information on their system for the past two weeks and keep getting promises id get a call back still no call back to this day it’s very frustrating they so *********** to help when they can tax is monthly no hassles it’s actually quite disappointing as I’m unable to go to the branch as I work 7 days a week !!! Hopefully this gets your attention !!!
