Poor service at SARS case taking 6 months

<p>I appealed my 2009 assessment results that I presented IRP5 that was accepted in an original assessment but withdrawn in the additional assessment resulting in owing R37365 on 21 December 2017. .No results yet. Their rules say the one paying retains the tax portion and pays it to SARS before the 7th of the following month, I submitted my IRP5 as required. All my appeals are turned down. My original assessment was right, it must be the one taken into account.</p>
