Poor service @ SARS Call Centre

I desperately need to contact Sars through their call centre,but I've been getting flack from them.Yesterday I held the call for more than an hour,being number 9hundred and sometingon the waiting list, only for the call to be ended.I've been at it this morning,starting at 87 on the waiting list,and the call was unceremoniously ended.This is the only way to sort out my tax issues,so where to if I can't get access through the only avenue available cos there are no more walk-ins.I've been slapped with an admin penalty which I'm trying to sort out
