Poor service at Sars Bellville

<p>I submit my tax via efiling beginning of July 2016. After a month my accountant query on when I will receive my money from them. They said I must come in to Sars myself an verify my details. I went there on 30 August and waited 7 hours to be helped! They then said that I cannot use my Rent agreement because it is in my hsband's name, after I asked the girl that assisst us while waiting outside. I went back the next morning at 6 am and waited another 3 hours to be helped. I gave him my 3 months bankstatements with stamp, proof of address, pensioen fund certificate, id, marriage certificate and irp5. He said everything is perfect and scan my documents and gave me a case number. He said I will receive my money after 21 days. After 2 weeks 10 September I got a sms from Sars that said I must go to sars to verify my documents. I phoned them this morning and she said it s m banking details. I said I gave it last time and my details is the same for the last 10 years. She said o sorry then, I get my money then again after 21 days. I was still talking to her and she just put the phone down and all I heard was a tape recorder. </p>
