Poor service at sars

Was at Sars Polokwane and the service is so pathetic as I was made to wait in the queue and after a Long wait the official just comes out to say they are closing and there is no way the people waiting will get assistance and yet when I don't pay they will start coming after me.Please get people that are eager to help people because the one I met in Polokwane was happy to send people away and blaming us for coming late and she forgets that people work and can't just leave work places as we wish.What a Poor service at SaRs Polokwane
