Poor service at ARS in Pretoria CBD Branch

I visited SARS on the 1st of July 2015 to submite all the relevant documents.They captured all the information in my documents as usual.The lady told me that .SARS is looking a for a latter of directive from Hollard becouse Hollard payed me some money last year.Today I brought the letter to SARS I was told that my submitions are done monually.It is going to take 9- working days.I did not even get a SMS from SARS to say thank you for visiting and submitting for 2015.<br> This is frustrating and this is the first time I habve this problem.SARS is known for efficient.<br> My ID number : ***<br> Tax reference number is : ***<br> Here is my first case number: ***.Here is the second case number ***
