Poor service and ignorance

Greetings I'm very disappointed 😞 in SARS for the past 3 days I've been calling there customer care line with no luck 🤞 each time I wait on the line for hour's till my airtime depleted..I have been receiving sms and emails about a claim that I have to claim and I know nothing about how to follow the instructions...when you go to there branch they tell us they don't allow walk ins but they can't assist us even online or in calls 🤙 they are the worst.
