Poor Service.

SARS employees can be so ****** arrogant. I have been waiting for my Refund since last month and today after calling them and trying to find out what the issue is, I'm being told that I have an outstanding tax return from 2011 on my new tax number which I only started using in 2015. Wow SARS, how can you withhold my refund based on an outstanding tax return from a new tax number which I only started using in 2015?? I'm giving up on these people. I miss the old efficient SARS. What we have now is leaves a sour and bitter taste in your mouth.
