POOR SERVICE

I have been trying to contact SARS for days and cannot get through, I have also requested multiple call backs and only received one where the consultant and myself lost connection and did not get a call back before we could finalize my query

I am very upset, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
