Poor service

I am not happy with their systems, services, communication and turnaround time. I submitted my tax return on the 15th of July 2024 and because i had change my banking details, they needed me to submit supporting docs, i understand and process to verify takes about 21 working days. After 20days i received an sms saying my banking details were verified successfully but i was told that they're now conducting other verification on my assessment submitted and it will take another 21 business days, my frustrations are, why the process of verifying bank details and the assessment did not run concurrently and when i called sars their consultant told me a different story, the letter i received stated that, the verification of the assessment will take 21 business days but the consultant said a different turnaround which is 60 business days.

When i send an email complaining about their services, they will reply and say my query is resolved but it will never be the case. I am since waiting for my refund, it is two months now, no communication from sars. But if you owe them money, they don't waste time, they want their money.
