I have been waiting for my refund for the past 7months... I've sent all relevant documents but still nothing.

11 Dec 2024, 14:30I have submitted all the required documents needed and still there is no feedback. I went as far as going to the branch and I was advised it will be sorted. I have been waiting for my refund for the past 7months.
