Poor service

<p>I just submitted my tax return at SARS Bara,i was told that i am owing,when i asked how come do i have any returns outstanding,the old lady who was assisting me(Elizabeth)said she doesnt know.Please hire people who are customer centric and willing to assist.Now i have to pay SARS but i dont even know why am i owing.</p>
