POOR SERVICE

I cant that i have been holding the line for 30 mins just to be told my credentials to login onto my filling yet SARS is advising people to do self service... Call centre very poor , service... Case Number for the call ***! then the agent hanged up the phone while holding. Stop advising people to do self service if no can assist with the credentials .....
