POOR SERVICE!!!

Terrible service & no communication! Just spoke to Perseverance now (13h58min) and he delivery cut the call!!! Answering waiting time is approximate 10-20 minutes.

I have submitted my documents on the 09 July and was places on Audit for 21 days (Expired). This is the 2nd year in a row that I have to wait for more than 30 days for my refund.
