Poor service

A judgement was logged against my name of which I was able to produce all the relevant and required documents requested by SARS to prove that the judgement was null and void.

Due to being able to prove that the judgement was null and void, my provident fund from my previous employer was refunded into my account.

Now what I find puzzling is that the judgement has not been removed from my name and no one has contacted me on what needs to be done moving forward.

I honestly dont understand why I should be the one running around trying to get the judgement removed whereas I've proved that its invalid. If it was a case of the judgement being true, me running around would make sense.

Its almost a year now and every time I call the call centre, no one really knows what is going on.

Can we please get the matters sorted ASAP
