Poor Service

I submitted my tax return on 15/07/2015. After numerous calls to SARS, not one staff member could assist me. A lady in SARS wrongfully ammended my submission which resulted in me providing SARS with proof no less than 4 times. To date still no refund from thier part. This is terrible service. Can someone please take ownership of my submission and get this sorted out please. Derrick J. Adriaanse
