Poor service

Our firm Essel-Mensah Attorneys registered for SARS e-filling on the 7th July. I was told by the call center it will take 48 hours then my details on behalf of the firm will be activated. This morning when i contacted the call center i was told SARS have a problem on their side they can't activate my profile. I did asked them what must we do in the meantime because we can not apply for Transfer Duty Receipts. I was told they will expedite my request but that will take 21 working days.<br> <br> To me it is pathetic how do they expect us to wait 21 working days before we can proceed with our work? We, work on turnaround times.
