Poor service

I experienced a problem accessing my efiling with an error say "' You cannot login. Please visit your nearest branch'' I visited the branch on the 05-08-2020 which I was told that the call has been logged with IT Reference number ***, to my surprise when I follow up I was told the call was logged on the 13-08-2020. Yesterday I called Call Centre the person who assisted told me there is an outstanding documents which I have to submit to the branch unfortunately when I get to the branch today I was told by Patric Ntombela at Emalahleni branch that only appointments allowed to access the branch which am so disappointed since the informatiom that only through appointments you can visit a branch was not adequately made available to the publilc which is unfair since SARS is a public institution. If information was made available I would have not visited the branch and I expected to be treated fairly by being told of the alternative ways to submit supporting documents.
