Poor service

I am very unhappy with the poor service that I have been receiving at SARS, the Consultants are so unprofessional and *********. They failed to help me as a client who is loyal and doing everything by the book. Whenever I call and explain my problem the Consultants always hang up on me, I have a problem with my Returns ,my account was hacked and my funds was transferred to a wrong account and no one wants to explain how that took place. SARS is very unprofessional and has *********** staff.
