POOR PATHETIC F SERVICE FROM SARS

For more than Year I am trying to get someone of SARS contact me as ALL Payments doesn't reflect on my profile that I paid, now I get threatened that i will get summoned. Got feedback from Tax ombudsman, but they also don't do any positive so i can get proper feedback I left several call backs also NO LUCK!
