Poor feedback

<p>Last week Thursday I submitted my SARS E-filling, after 24 hours I was alerted that my profile is not yet complete as I need to attach some documents. I then contacted the call centre, I was assisted by a guy by the name of Mandla whom also gave me a case number. he assisted me very well. Today I went to SARS Branch in Rustenburg, upon my assistance there, I was ticket number 203, i was assisted by a nice lady but she told me my form was not filled in correctly, I told her I filled it in upon what Mandla told me. She called a lady by the name of Jowie or Clowe who was very unhelpful and rude at the same time. I did not appreciate how she handled the whole issue.</p>
