POOR Efilling AGENT SERVICE. THE NAME IS CECILIA.

I Was chatting to an agent by the name of Cecilia this morning on efilling and she ended the chat without assisting me to my satisfaction. How are we supposed to make sure our things are sorted if your agents just leave us dry without PROPERLY assisting us? That was poor services at its highest and the fact that SARS PENALIZES US VERY QUICKLY IS ABSURD!!!!
