Poor Customer Service, Faulure to adhere to the revenue Act

Around 03 August 2023 i was selected for Audit and it was finalized before the 31st August 2023, i then was told about the Banking details which on the same day 31st August 2023 i uploaded them and i was told about 21 working days which lapsed and yet to date i have not received anything from SARS, what i get only it is automated letters i have a letter confirming that banking details have been changed yet to date i have received anything i have called SARS several times and with no Luck. Maybe the government should tell us if it is broke the agents are always lying to me saying i should wait until 7 days it has been months and months
