Poor customer service

Terrible Service from their agents. I have been waiting for my refund for the past 2 months. I submitted all required documents to update my banking details, the turn around time for verification is 21 business days and 2 months late I'm still waiting. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback with no luck. When you call in, you waiting for 50min and the line cuts. What a horrible experience, just to have my banking details verified I must wait for so long.
