Poor customer service

Sars Benoni lakeside has bad customer service ever, got there 08h00 in the morning, they sent me back saying my appointment is at 12h30,came back 12h30 even now 14h30 I'm still sitting un attended, even worse they are busy calling Tickets who came after me. You must train your stuff sies.
