Poor customer service

I have been given the run around by SARS advisors Been left on hold all done while I am trying to get the penalties they have put on my account sorted.

They are lying to me and not giving me the solution to my issue.

I have just gotten off a call with an advisor who left me on hold for more than 5 minutes and when I asked if I was still connected total silence
