Poor Customer service

I registered for my efiling profile on the 24th of August,i received a letter saying i should hand deliver my documentation to SARS to verify my details a nd registration,i did that on the 6th of September 2016 at teh Soweto Dube branch.

The guy who was helping said that everything was processed and that i should be able to do my returns after 24 hours.

24 hours passed,a week later now i still cannot do anything on my efiling profile. So today i called the call center to figure out what is the problem, the call center agent tells me that the documents were receieved as it shows the system was updated with my details but the person who was asssisting me did not follow through my and link my documents to my profile to verify and acticate it.

Now i am told to go back again to SARs,take time off work to again go and sub,it teh same documents i have already submitted.

I do not understand why i am being pemalised forsomething taht is not my fault, worse part is they will not let me submit the stuff they already have atleast by fax or email, its not like they do not already have them.I cannot keep taking time off work especially because it is unpaid to be off work to go and rectify soembosy elses mistake.I need answers and i am NOT going back to SARS again,I did my part,so somebody fromtheri offices need to expalin why they have personnel that works for them that do not know what they doing, especially in such a sensitive field which deals with money and accounts.
