Poor Customer Service

I called SARS on 06/11/2025 at 13:02 to get assistance, after holding on the line for close to an hour, I got through to a guy called Perry ref number *** who was so condescending, impatient and absolutely rude. He spoke over me and made me feel absolutely dumb. He spoke in a robotic manner and every time I needed clarity on what he was saying, he was ****y and would simply ignore and continue with his robotic script.
