Poor customer service

SARS in Pretoria the staff is just sitting having a cup of coffee while we busy going up and down, when they call your ticket you will run around like a mad woman and when you get to the counter your told that the ticket has been closed you need to sit again and wait for ypur ticket to be called again. If you don't like working with people please don't apply for such jobs cause we get to suffer for people who are not happy about their jobs.im not going back to that department ever again. People are just so rude and cruel,the you go to the manager they just take you to a table they make you sit theere without any help
